Are your earrings safe for sensitive ears?
- Our earrings are made from lead and nickel free hypoallergenic material. They are specifically made for sensitive ears. If on the off chance these still bother your ears, try the stainless steel option as a backing. I myself along with many other customers are allergic to harsh metals and have sensitive ears and have never had an issue.
What are the care recommendations for the druzy earrings?
- Clean your jewelry with a proper earring cleaner. Do not wear in the pool, shower, or submerge in any time of water. Do not be super rough with your earrings, they are liable to break. Avoid mixing with fine jewelry due to the fact that this is fashion/costume jewelry.
Can I return/exchange my order?
- Yes and no! Clothing is eligible for return/exchange as long as the policy rules are followed appropriatley. Please see the full return policy for any extra details. All jewelry, bralettes, headbands, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange due to sanitary reasons.
Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?
- No sorry girl, we do not offer any special discounts for bulk orders

- No ma'am you cant stack discount codes. Just make sure you use the one that helps you save the most money!

How fast do orders take to ship out?
- I do my best to ship out orders as quickly as possible in the order I recieve them. Because I'm only a one woman show sometimes life gets hectic. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to ship, although I try my hardest to get them out within 1-3 days.
My order says delivered but I havent recieved it, can you help?
- Of course I will do everything in my power to help! However once it leaves my house and the post office scans it in, I have no control over the package. Once they are checked in they become the post offices responsibility. Try calling your local post office, ask your neighbors, or wait an extra day or two (because sometimes they accidentally scan it in when they are loading the truck and it might not actually be delivered to you).
Something I want is sold out, when will it restock?
- Im sorry love, once something sells out I do not restock that item. I do this to ensure that there are always new styles coming in and my customers are not constantly seeing the same things. If you see something you really like, jump on it before it sells out!
Can you hold an item for me?
- No I'm sorry we cannot allow for items to be held without paying. With having limited sizes and not restocking, all items are subject to sell fast and its not fair to someone who is ready to pay.
